Pros

Insurance, pantry, high salary for a call center but it’s a very low salary for a nyc corporte job

Cons

College students, recent graduates BEWARE. Think bigger and think long term. Their starting salary might look decent but with this job, all you’ll ever be is a call center representative. Barely any salary increase or career progression. No one with a college degree should do this job. Two things you must be aware: 1) You’ll know what it’s like to be at the bottom of the food chain, you’ll get calls from everyone who call in Bloomberg hotline; this includes not just Bloomberg customers but also employees and Bloomberg vendors. Most of them won’t even treat you with respect, you’re lucky if they treat you like a human. It sucks especially when verbal abuse comes from other Bloomberg employees. 2) You won’t make it to the Sales team and even if you did, it will take 5+ years. Pathing out is extremely difficult as the team is always shortstaffed. If you browse job boards you’ll notice BCS team is always looking for a new joiner. This is how much short staffed this team is. If I could take back time then I would never have accepted this offer.
