I have been at Bloomreach for 6 months, and it has genuinely exceeded my expectations. The team aspect is easily the best part of the job. I find that the culture is incredibly supportive, and you can tell everyone lives by the "We" and "No Drama" values. I also love the autonomy I’ve been given. Even as a newer employee, I am trusted to make decisions and drive my projects forward. The virtual-first environment is awesome, and you still feel like you are part of a team that makes a difference!

Even though we are established, the culture is still very fast-paced. It can be intense at times. If you prefer a highly structured environment, you might find the speed a bit overwhelming.

The leadership team is supportive, the clients are great, and there’s a strong sense of community, despite the company being global and remote. In my experience, people are genuinely kind and eager to help however they can. The company really lives by its “no drama” culture, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow in your role and learn new things.

It’s not necessarily a con, but the company does move at a fast pace, so you have to be comfortable being proactive, self-serving, and continuously learning. It’s a great environment for someone who enjoys being challenged and stretching beyond their current skill set. If you’re looking for a slower, steadier pace, this may not be the best fit.
