      Pros

      Easy interview process. The MD makes all the decisions.

      Cons

      Racial inequality in pay and perks for the same positions. Mishandling of women in a male dominated environment. Policies and procedures are not followed. They are documented for international companies to trust the company, but on the ground, it’s a jungle. Every man for himself.
