      Get to involve on a diverse range of hotel projects

      Cons

      - Poor work/life balance, Long working hours , ALOT of OT, with 8 PM considered an early finish and 10 PM being the norm. On occasion, working through the night until the next morning is necessary, especially when facing tight submission deadlines - Biased toward certain individuals - High staff turnover

      Job allocation wasn’t that good, directors don’t work during working hours, increment is usually just fixed at rm300
