Like all smaller companies that are growing fast, you have to be on your toes and thinking actively pretty much all the time. There are no pre-built answers since the work of our customers is complex.

Close team environment with strong leadership. We had a lot of team outings and a diverse culture. I would recommend working here if you are looking to gain experience and learn a niche market.

Being in a small business environment requires multiple roles. This in turn could also be a positive because you are learning these additional roles.
