Pros

Working at BluWave has been such an incredible experience. From our internal team that I get to interact with daily, to our clients that I have the pleasure of supporting, I’m very lucky to be here. In addition to a positive work environment and the complex business challenges that we help solve for our clientele, the amount of business acumen that I have been able to gain has completely exceeded my expectations; It has truly been an invaluable experience that I am constantly grateful for.

Cons

Absolutely nothing! This is such an amazing company to be apart of and the best working environment I’ve ever had as well.

Pros

- The CEO is very values driven and emphasizes collaboration and good business practices above all else - As a result, internal culture is very positive and supportive - The company is in growth mode which is opening up a lot of opportunities for current employees and potential future hires - Comp and benefits packages are very strong

Cons

I really don't have anything for this! My experience has been nothing but positive and has really highlighted how absurdly toxic my previous company was.

Pros

Central in Brentwood, TN. General body of employees are pleasant folks to work with. CEO is genuinely a nice guy.

Cons

The sales c-suite instructed and requested confirmation that active employees leave a positive Glassdoor review. Sales C-suite approved the BluWave company newsletter to include a fake story that an employee was having their second child without employee consent. This was fabricated and unfortunately one of many similar situations. (September 2025 newsletter) incident followed directly after team suggested a process change to help existing strategy. No recourse or written apology was issued. This is not an isolated incident. C-suite openly talks about multiple previous employees medical history at a new hire lunch. (Oct 2025) Sales c-suite has no official Sales role experience. Less than 5% of reps hit quota 2025. If you're a 'yes-man' this is rewarded over results here. [Sigma 2025] It is difficult to work hard and then hear Midwest leadership bragging about how little they work.
