The environment is great and the children are wonderful. it's a great place for college students to work, especially if they are interested in early childhood education.

There really are not any issues with this workplace except that it's daycare. Nap-time can be a bit lull but it's pretty quick.

I have zero Im embarrassed to have worked there. If it weren’t for my own mental health I would have left sooner.

The training is laughable management will criticize teachers in the most non constructive way possible. I’m beyond angers at the bully I have gone through and what my staff members have gone through. They are bad memories which I will likely remember for my entire life. And something even worse, when I looked the review for the parents they tried to sue I was angry. The concerns they had are the same things that were done when I was there nearly 10 years after it was posted. They need to blame someone -anyone- just as long as it’s not them.
