Leadership team here is brilliant, they value authenticity and give autonomy in your job functions. The work is challenging and interesting. Colleagues have an "all hands on deck" approach in collaboration and share knowledge enthusiastically. Company fully supports learning and provides access to training/development and bonuses based on certification completion. Offering actual balance when life happens because a leading principle is family first. Working for a renewable energy purpose driven company heightens the integrity of my work.

Fully remote, so you need to have great prioritization for your time and to stay focused and ask for help if you hit road blocks. Work pace is fast so if you do not have activated energy I could see struggle keeping up with the team. Remote work has a bit less connection but looking forward to hearing new ways we plan to stay connected.

There are a few employees that are nice to work with, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Management is lacking. Multiple relatives in charge, with a younger manager who demands respect but gives none. Belittling the employees who are doing the work, overworking people and constant criticism and micro managing is defeating to an employee's outlook. A manager who wields power with the attitude of a toddler having a tantrum should be expected. Telling overworked people to find a way to spend 20% effort to gain 80% customer satisfaction clearly does not support providing the best to the customer. Blue Banyan is not about customers, it's about the owner making money.
