Pros
-Easy to advance if you work hard and take on more responsibility
-A good entry-level job for a first office job with very little at stake
-Fun coworkers making the best of a toxic/infantile work environment
-Lots of downtime
Cons
-Trained in a very niche and dying form of marketing, with few transferable skills
-No support staff (HR, office management, etc.), and managers struggle to find answers to basic employee policy questions (health insurance, 401k, vacation days, etc.)
-High turnover due to poor management, and therefore things often get lost in the shuffle
