      - Very friendly and united team - Flexible schedule that can be personalized for every employer - Internal trainings - Free meals / soda / fruits - Easy to get jobs

      Cons

      - Projects that were not rewarding enough or based on poor technology choices - A lot of projects managers and team-leaders but only on paper without any involvement in projects - Wages are abysmal - Greedy CEO
