Lovely people Good atmosphere and environment CEO genuinely cares about his employees and wants them to succeed - provides quarterly bonuses based on company performance Responsibility but there was no micro management - manager let team get on with it and supported where appropriate.

Not necessarily a reflection on the business, more so the industry - tough to get new business/ break out of being viewed as a commodity being a reseller.
