      Extremely toxic leadership. My manager for example was disciplined for favoritism and targeting, that's how toxic this place is.

      Some good benefits. If you do your job right, you won’t have any issues. Built lots of professional relationships. Provides lots of resources and tools to be successful. Great manager, director, and CEO. Lots of opportunities to grow and be curious. *pending who you have as a branch manager*

      Remote work is limited, but is possible. Usually hybrid WY or remote CO. 4% match is okay.
