Pros

The only pros were helping customers

Cons

Management was the absolute worst I've ever seen. No accountability, oversight or integrity. Literally customers would complain online and that was the only way to get issues resolved, because they want to make it look like on social media that they care, but really it was a facade. The warranty manager complained all the time about customers valid complaints and how they were just whining. People were more concerned about their own advancement then actually taking care of the customers.

Pros

Excellent family environment in the office, great benefits, management/owners truly care and respect their employees, very good pay compared to other similar positions

Cons

Workload can be a bit overwhelming at times in the office with the call volume, but it's seasonal so once you get through the busy season it's much easier
