Pros
Blue Man has a fantastic community of committed people. Most of the employees will go the extra mile and help out where ever they need to and however they can. There is also a great sense of shared purpose, and a genuine interest in caring for the employees.
Cons
There is very little incentive to be high performing. Since most of the people who work there are self motivated it is often not a problem, but there are no performance bonuses and no merit raises. Just the same 1-3% raise that everyone gets, so if you don't negotiate well when you're hired you are stuck.
