      * Every employee was extremely talented * One of the greatest experiences of my life up until the end

      Cons

      * The CEO destroyed the business * The CEO ignored any negative feedback * No real mission statement for the entirety of the company's existence * The CEO refused to ever improve his own ability, own up to mistakes, or make hard decisions * Management never felt empowered to do what is right * Do not trust the CEO. Do extensive homework before joining this company.

      Pros

      Growing fast - exactly what I want from a startup. Top notch team - really good yin-yang. Stocked kitchen, free swag, constant learning, top-of-the-line laptop, no jerks.

      Cons

      Currently working out of the CEO's basement. (plan is to move into a real office oct 2017)

      Pros

      Management is very focused on helping employees succeed. The company culture is very cohesive and friendly. Employees have fun but also get tremendous experience and growth opportunities. The company's benefits package is also generous and above average, especially for a tech startup. People here are smart and willing to teach others so they can improve too.

      Cons

      Startup life is not for everyone. The company is fast-paced, very demanding, and expects good, accountable work. These may not be cons for everyone. But each employee is expected to wear many hats.

      Thanks for the feedback about networking. We took it to heart and recently sent the marketing and sales teams to the Impact17 conference. In the future, we'll do more of these kinds of activities. We're also working on increasing marketing salaries across the board. Great suggestion!
