Pros
Good clients, benefits and health coverage, you learn a lot - great experience and mentorship. Employees work very hard.
Cons
Experienced workplace toxicity and bullying + gossip on a daily basis, was worse than high school. A mentally draining environment to work in. Overworked and underpaid. Seems like senior level employees were aware of this dynamic but turned a blind eye, although some engaged in this behaviour.
