Talented and all around good people to work with. I learned so much from my teammates at all levels. You have the ability to forge your own path. If you see a need for the team/ company that isn't the traditional growth path leadership is willing to help you see it through. It might not be the exact plan you envisioned but if you don't fit the typical growth path nice to know you still have a place.

There's a disconnect between big ideas and actual execution. Solutions tend to get watered down to a once size fits all. Therefore issues end up being slightly improved with added work, as opposed to solved.

I've never worked with a more hard working, smart group of people. I love the collaborative environment and feel that I learn something new every day. I like feeling challenged in my job to be a better digital marketer. I also feel that I've been given lots of growth opportunities and am not held back from working on things I'm passionate about. I think there's a very strong team environment at Blue Moon Digital. I also think we have awesome clients & strong brands.

During the holiday season, the workload can be challenging. Also, being in a client-driven company can be good and bad - as it does feel like you're always at the client's beck and call, even on days like Black Friday, one of our client's biggest days of the year.
