Talented Personel but something is very wrong... - Robotics Developer Blue Ocean Robotics Employee Review

Thank you for reviewing Blue Ocean Robotics. Regarding 1. and 2. we fully acknowledge that we have had problems as you describe. As a result we have made drastic changes over the last weeks which are expected to completely overcome these difficulties. Regarding 3. we are a company with many nationalities among our colleagues. Some are from outside Europe. There are no constraints on the visa system that binds these employees to be working for us and they are free to find other jobs in the growing robotics sector here in Denmark. We do not have any attempt to try and prevent people from "escaping" from Blue Ocean Robotics. On the contrary. We do have an attractive warrants program of very high value whereby all employees in the company will take part in the value creation over time. It is our hope that such a highly valuable warrants program will motivate employees to stay with us for a long time. Regarding 4. it is right that we have quite young and quite inexperienced people positioned at relatively important job positions. We believe in these employees and have intensive support and education programs for them which should enable them to be successful with their jobs. We agree that the company exists only due to the employees we have in the company. The management shall make sure the employees thrives and develops in the most optimal way. Clearly we have had periods and certain parts of the company where this has not succeeded.
