      Bad work culture, No seniors. Boss is all-knowing and the company has been running for 5 years and no employee has been here for more than 1.5 years.

      Good learning experience, you get to own projects.

      Cons

      Too much micro management, no work life balance. Employees work on weekends as well and expect you to as well. If you don't you'll be sided often and told that you only clock in and clock out. No leadership so you dont have guidance and have to navigate on your own
