      Great Company Hiring During a Pandemic - Professional Blue Prism Employee Review

      Pros

      Blue Prism cares about it's employees and recently launch a Diversity and Inclusion program that focuses on inclusion and belonging. The company also has a great program called Blue Prism for Good, which helps out companies in need. Overall, Blue Prism cares about their employees and listens.

      Cons

      Blue Prism has gone through some management changes (like many organizations) and some people may not agree with the changes but I can honestly say that Blue Prism is by far one of the best companies I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      work life balance -- they change their minds every 20min on what they want built so projects get canceled all of the time.

      Cons

      my average raise was 1-1.5%. absolutely pitiful while the company was bringing in record profits and inflation around 4-5%.
