      There are no good reasons to work at Blue prism.

      Cons

      The whole APAC office is toxic and a highly political environment for such a small set up. No forward thinking Leadership Lacks vision and has selectively placed their favorite people to run the show. You wont stand a chance. Compensation rules, performance metrics are skewed with no meritocracy.

      Pros

      work life balance -- they change their minds every 20min on what they want built so projects get canceled all of the time.

      Cons

      my average raise was 1-1.5%. absolutely pitiful while the company was bringing in record profits and inflation around 4-5%.
