      Pros

      7Good work life balance as nothing has happened since the SS&C acquisition - no existing customers are doing anything and no new customers coming onboard. The company is just coasting, collecting the license revenue from existing contracts

      Cons

      Since the acquisition by SS&C the wheels have fallen off completely. The company is stagnant, all new releases are delayed for months or even years, every release is riddled with bugs that were not found in testing. No one is using the non-core products as they are so far away from being enterprise grade technology

      Pros

      work life balance -- they change their minds every 20min on what they want built so projects get canceled all of the time.

      Cons

      my average raise was 1-1.5%. absolutely pitiful while the company was bringing in record profits and inflation around 4-5%.
