The only good thing about this company was the fact last year they took us on a company trip which we had fun but once we came back we had to deal with reality

EVERYTHING IS WRONG ABOUT THIS COMPANY. Every time they start something great they end up losing it. Their operation team most of the time have no clue on what they are doing. They cant get glass on the roof on time . ONE ROOF is not competitive at all and their blue power deal is the worst on the market.They are so quick to charge back the reps for their mistakes while top regionals banked over 500k last year. They promised us alot of stuff like $20/hr for the finders program and never came through.If you dont have a conscience and live with your parents this is the perfect company to work for because they like to screw the hard working reps out of their hard earned money and this is why most of their top producers are leaving to go elsewhere
