Small class sizes, all of my classes this year are 20 or below.

We are growing, so class sizes will increase until we can gain new teachers. The school is financially good, but it is hard to balance growth with the number of teachers to keep the ratio the best.

We are a small school in north Texas, but the pay has been very good in my opinion. The small school atmosphere has a very strong foothold here, and I really like the team we have in place.

Sometimes and other duties as applied gets to be a lot.
