Pros
Blue Rocket is a great little company. I wanted to work here because I was tired of being a cog in the wheel at big corporations. You'll do great here if you are a self starter, willing to learn new things and ask questions. The people here are friendly, quirky, smart and fun. The atmosphere is hard working but laid back. I hugely value the flexibility of being able to work in office, remote or a combination of both. The partners are super smart and super nice and let you do your job with your own style. tThis is definitely a sink or swim culture without much hand holding and it is crucial that any new hires fit in, as everyone really values the company vibe. I love the SF location, too!
