Blue Signal is constantly striving to provide the most supportive atmosphere to our team, and we have found that looking closely at process and providing feedback from management to a new recruiter should help guide activity in the right direction. We prepare new recruiters with extensive training, regular check-ins, and a mentorship program that pairs a brand-new recruiter with someone tenured and successful in the industry. We truly want each member of the team to experience success, but sometimes the best decision is to give someone new to recruiting the opportunity to find a better fitting position. We are sorry to lose anyone from the company but want the best for all parties. Recruiting is a tough but rewarding job, and is not the best fit for everyone. We wish any exiting employees nothing but absolute success in the right field for them.
