Pros

-Flexible hours -Four-day schedules. -Work/home life balance. -The company is constantly adding new positions.

Cons

-Too many changes constantly (tech, policies, the way management wants things done). -Too many friends at the top. -A lot of “well, we did it when we had X amount of cases” as a response when adjusters are overloaded. -High expectations of new employees. -A lot of feeling-based decisions from the boss. -Having to use your own cell phone for many apps.

Pros

Work from home, always paid on time. Billing department ROCKS like no other!

Cons

Unorganized, lack of training, too many people that desire to be "boss", with a lack of true leadership. Someone gets fired almost daily without warning. There is no truth to the warning system or probation. They basically have a hostile takeover situation where a handful of people who came from another workplace a few years ago have taken over and have only promoted themselves to higher positions and made themselves safe from the micromanaging torment and daily firing they inflict on all of the hard workers that are not included in this clique. They hold long meetings about things that could wait, at the worst possible times when everyone is backed up and stressed out. The workload does not fit into reasonable working hours. The best of the best adjusters here struggle with work life balance and they continue to pile the work on. You will get loads of claims from all of the people they fire or people that get too far behind. When you take this load on, you will have less time to perfect your own claims, and they will take your "bonus" from you each and every time with no accountability on their part. When you meet for your review and they ask for honest feedback, once you give it, they will gaslight you and tell you that maybe this just isn't a good fit for you. What they don't know is that the top-performing adjusters (not in the clique) talk to one another and they have all been told the same thing. It's a never-ending cycle of high turnover. Avoid this if you truly plan to stay somewhere long-term. It's a dead end for everyone but about 5 people.
