      Very quick to acquire job

      Cons

      Throw you out without proper training just hoping you make mistakes to hit you with a $20 fine. Will not work with you. Very demeaning management. Threaten you with termination at every corner. Their goal is to make you afraid.

      they find every reason to take money from you .. after you’ve worked for your money ! timesheets turned in late 25 taken out your check ! you want an advance ? lol 30 $ charge for that too ! oh and direct deposit … lol wait for it ..you have to be there 30daya first 😭bad company Do NOT WORK HERE !!!

      They trust guards to actually do the job, possibly to a fault

      Cons

      The idea of approaching 3 people per hour is not professional. Very intrusive and doesn't build trust with residents. Give ACTUAL pathways to advance and not empty promises.
