There are none I’m afraid.

Cons

Management are bullies and incompetent. Managers make mistakes and blame their staff for their own errors. Mental health support is non existent here. They expect long hours and no reward. My manager would message me at 5:30am to advise me on what errors he had made that morning for me to rectify before his manager found out. Managers are driven by paranoia and do not believe in working together with other departments. I was made to feel guilty for taking annual leave. Calls on the weekends to try and make me do unpaid overtime. Very bad culture and extremely unhealthy work environment. This is a company that has a belief that dishonestly and bullying gets you to the top. I felt like my manager was extremely needy and extremely paranoid. Zero 1-2-1’s, zero training and no performance feedback whatsoever. Worst experience I’ve ever had! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

We do have an EAP in place, that offers counselling but obviously it would appear that not all our employees are aware. We have taken your comments seriously and have acted on the key points raised.
