Pros
I’ve been with Blue Wheel for almost 7 years, and it’s truly been a great place to build my career. I’ve stayed because I’m happy here. The company has always treated me well, and I’m proud to be loyal to a team that values hard work, growth, and mutual respect.
The CEO is one of the nicest and most transparent leaders I’ve worked with. He genuinely cares about the people here and communicates openly about the direction of the company. That kind of leadership builds trust and makes you feel like you're part of something bigger.
Yes, we’ve gone through changes, and with growth comes evolution. You have to be open to that and willing to work hard, but in my experience, it absolutely pays off. If you’re someone who’s motivated, this is a place where you can grow and be recognized for your contributions.
The benefits are also a HUGE plus. There’s a 401K match, extremely generous PTO, Summer Fridays, WFH flexibility, and a team of great coworkers who are supportive and easy to work with. The work-life balance is real, and it makes a difference.
I’ve seen a few negative reviews, but I honestly don’t think they reflect the full picture. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I’m grateful to be part of this company.
Cons
Like any growing company, Blue Wheel has gone through changes over the years. That can be challenging for people who aren’t open to change or who expect everything to stay the same. But if you're adaptable and willing to work hard, there's a lot of opportunity here. Also, take other reviews with a grain of salt. Everyone’s experience is different, and mine has been really positive.
