Flexible work hours, friendly admin staff

Cons

Inconsistencies in review process of both tax returns and annual reviews of enployees, firmly resistant to change, some overbearing managers (e.g. looking at employee's computers while the employees were away from their desks)

Pros

Amazing culture and opportunities for development. The people are great and I couldn't be happier. Lots of potential for career growth and development. The company is growing and still dedicated to remaining independent unlike many other firms selling to private equity and venture capitalists.

Cons

Some growing pains to be expected but everyone is working together to scale process and procedures.
