      We are Caring, We are Responsive, We are Advocates to both clients and each other within the company.

      Cons

      Hybrid work environment sometimes makes it hard to train and get to know each other as personally. I prefer in office and always will.

      Pros

      Amazing culture and opportunities for development. The people are great and I couldn't be happier. Lots of potential for career growth and development. The company is growing and still dedicated to remaining independent unlike many other firms selling to private equity and venture capitalists.

      Cons

      Some growing pains to be expected but everyone is working together to scale process and procedures.
