      Firm culture, Career growth opportunities, Interesting Work, managers lead by values, compensation and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Many work remotely and only about 25-35% of the teams work out of the office, so it's difficult to get to know people. However, the office leadership attempts to create connection for those who come in.

      Pros

      Amazing culture and opportunities for development. The people are great and I couldn't be happier. Lots of potential for career growth and development. The company is growing and still dedicated to remaining independent unlike many other firms selling to private equity and venture capitalists.

      Cons

      Some growing pains to be expected but everyone is working together to scale process and procedures.
