Expect POC on blockchain from fresher in a week and funny thing is any one don't know what exactly block chain. 4. Most of the cases they will deny documents also. 5. 24*7 Work commitment. Company do fake demos and promises to client then pressurized employee to do it, Even in fake ways that is really bad for someone's career. 6. They send onsite on tourist visa which is very cheap for enterprise company.
