8yThank you for your candid review. We’ve taken your comments to heart, and we’re so sorry that you’ve left before you were able to see so much of BlueCart evolving. Since you’ve left, we’ve implemented tools, processes and leadership help us to more effectively train, measure, and lead our sales team. We’ve brought on a Vice President of Sales and a Manager of Sales Development. Both have brought best practices they’d developed over their years as sales leaders, including several automated tools that help us to measure and coach success.
Additionally, we’ve promoted two of our existing BlueCart sales team members into leadership roles, one as a Lead and one as a Sales Trainer. We’re especially proud of these internal promotions, as it starts to fulfill our vision of promoting from within whenever possible. The new training curriculum our new Sales Trainer, Sales Management and Human Resources leadership have developed is something we’re very proud of as we grow and evolve the sales team.
We aspire to be so many great things, but are aware that often what we attempt to communicate and what gets received by our staff may often be very different things. This is something we’re more conscious of thanks in part to individuals like you sharing their feelings, frustrations and advice.
