      Pros

      When customers walk up and tell you, you are doing a great job. They love how the bathroom smells and I should ask for a raise.

      Cons

      Low pay, and supervisor says I can't find this employee I need you to clean the men's bathroom. He is always claiming he can't find an employee.

      Nobody has any idea what's going on. People are afraid of leadership. Don't think leadership does any work or mentorship besides existing to scare employees

      Leadership Nepotism Negative feedback only, positive actions are ignored
