Pros
Diversity in contracts, Fair Salary, Decent Benefits
Cons
- BlueHalo became a company by purchasing other companies. A year after the acquisition, the benefits changed and were definitely not as good. - They seem to promote employees that are within the friendship circles of the management and not based on ability, experience, or previous success. - They tend to push 'culture'; however, their definition of culture seems to be after work events, swag, and a lunch provided by the company once a week (you have to clock out to eat the lunch). Culture does NOT seem to be defined as great policies, great communication between management and staff, and an environment where people genuinely enjoy each others company. - They have annual employee surveys. Once the survey data is compiled and analyzed they have small group discussions to identify areas that need improvement and possible solutions. Unfortunately, once the meetings are all over it seems like the interest in improving is also over. Not much change has ever come out of the surveys.
