The ambiance is great, all people are very friendly, advisors and management. It feels like a little family sometimes. The team leaders are rather flexible and always try to help with requests. It’s also a company where you can grow if you have the will to do so. They have rather often openings for internal position. It’s also possible to move from 1 department to another. They don’t want people to do overtime. When your shift is done they encourage you to go home, which is great.
