It's a startup all startups are risky inherently

Decent PTO, onsite parking, good location, onsite gym

*This company will never survive because management is doing everything possible to not run a successful company *Nearly all executives live outside of Pittsburgh and could not even tell you what people in the office do on a day-to-day basis *Lack of communication *Lack of collaboration across teams/groups *Extreme toxicity - rampant bullying, often from supervisors, favoritism, stalking, etc *HR that does absolutely nothing but protect the company *Very high level of turnover *When executives are in the office, they lie straight to your face about pretty much everything *Complete lack of transparency *There's no cohesion with this group, constant fighting, sometimes sabotaging, it literally feels like middle school *Whatever promising science BSB had is gone with the current administration and unfortunately, it's only getting worse
