1. Half of the teams have good management & leadership, you may end up in a good team. 2. You will learn to deal with senior gossipers and bad leaders. 3. Good work Life Balance for up to 1 or 2 years for freshers.
Cons
1. No good opportunities, culture and team management. 2. Not for people that wish to stay long & grow with the company & expect salary hike. 3. I have seen freshers there with up to 3 years of experience developing negative thoughts about their career(including the one that referred me) like the world is unfair & opportunities are only for grovellers (informally bootlickers), lacking confidence in the corporate world, etc. 4. No growth in the company for years. 5. Seen Most people resigning either for fear of termination or for no career growth. 6. 80-90% of the workforce is working in the Night (US) shift without any type of night shift allowance.
