Pros

I had a ton of autonomy and flexibility to make decisions and do things the way that I wanted to do them, and had all of my decisions supported. Blueswitch does a good job of respecting their employees expertise, challenging them in respectful ways, and supporting them when issues come up. We did a lot of the core customer success check-in kind of stuff for clients, but additionally managed the projects large and small and helped develop solutions for new features. A smaller client load made this very doable and kept work interesting and challenging.

Cons

It's not really a good place for beginners, or those just starting off in the industry. I appreciated the autonomy and flexibility, others may need more structure in order to accomplish their goals.

You will learn about micromanagement

Cons

The MSP is not ran by the same people as the web division. Micromanagement. The role has not been defined and is being created on the fly, you won't know what your job is and you will be sitting 3 feet from the owner who will micromanage you and complain about everything you do while the rest of the staff do nothing. There is no room for growth and you will be set up to fail from day one. The MSP is ran like a one man show and they have been trying to fill this role for years unsuccessfully. Just ask, why haven't they promoted from within for this role? Don't waste your time here!
