Poor Management. Referring to V.P. Toxic environment.

Loving my time here so far over the first few months. Really felt like I've been able to make a positive contribution in a short time and given the flexibility to try new things!

I would say my commute but I enjoy the ride in from London as there is no traffic heading out to Strathroy.
