Excellent culture and benefits. Good place to gain experience through cross team collaboration.
Cons
The long term strategy isn't clearly communicated effectively by company leadership. The corporate culture does not place a high enough priority on quality writing or succinct oration. All of the c-suite are white men and there needs to be more diversity.
