Pros
The coworker are usually up beat and pleasant to work with. Not to mention if you like being left alone most of the time to work you usually get a few hours a shift to do that other than to help customers or in an emergency.
Cons
They go off a point system that is very strict, to the point that if you even have a doctors note you can still get reprimanded for having to call out. So if you have a medical emergency you are usually out of luck. Not to mention they won’t let you come inside during the winter unless it’s below 15° and not at all during the summer.
