The best job I've had so far! The team of people working here are very inclusive and lighthearted. Type of people who always invite you to lunch and never forget a birthday. Management is compassionate and always willing to listen to employee concerns and personal life. Management has a keen eye for detail and is very good at what she does; she also will always have your back when clients are rude and/or don't treat her employees well. She gets stuff done!

The only real pro to working at Bluebonnet is the pay and the fact that they do cover medical 100%.

Management isn’t concerned with the fact that the stress level is so high among employees. They claim to care about employees but when a situation arises they show that they do not actually care. You never know what mood management will be in from minute to minute. Management has no issue with yelling (sometimes loudly) at employees.
