Pros
Bluedrop is a great place to work. They have a clear system for onboarding and give you time to learn the systems they use. Opportunities to learn new things are there if you want it. The staff and team are very encouraging to one another. The social committee is active and often plans fun things!
Cons
40hr work week. Wish it was 35 or 37.5 with a paid lunch.
