I get to work alongside a knowledgeable, highly competent technical team that is always willing to help and share what they know. The leadership is equally commendable — special shoutout to our Cebu Manager, Boss Algiee Imperial, whose guidance, support, and trust make a huge difference in our day-to-day work. The company culture is healthy and inclusive. Toxicity is not tolerated, and open communication is encouraged. There is always room for growth, learning, and improvement, whether through collaboration, hands-on experience, or continuous upskilling. Overall, it’s a positive and motivating environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. I’m proud to be part of this team and excited to continue growing here.
