Pros

The team is passionate and experienced. There is a strong motivation to be better and push boundaries. The projects have been challenging but a lot of fun.

Cons

Management needs to talk more and be more transparent. I want to know that leadership is in front of issues and looking out for the long-term survival of the studio.

Pros

you get fed alot of food.....

Cons

-lack of leadership -no one knows who the lead is -technical art director thinks he is an art director but really brings old school methods to a next gen-ish pipeline -timelines are brutal and unrealistic -you are constantly asked to make a next gen look with literally no next gen time frame coupled to the task -the biased mentality is strong with this studio -the ceo pretty much promises features then hordes them to himself and decided to take on vital tasks that he obviously cant deliver on -contractors are constantly told they are not fast or good enough -the producer was a game tester who basically got a position cause he can complains very well and well...I don't know what else really. -several AAA candidates have been let go because of the intimidation management feels when they actually bring something to the table worth discussing. Like fixing lighting and having proper tools to actually build in the editor -the pipeline does not allow for an artist to get int here and actually build in the editor. the idea of instancing is foreign to the old school management team so they get intimidated and say build everythign in Maya -unable to accurately visualize the games final look due to the lack of tools -management asks you to do extra work at home and then bring it into the office to be used for the game with no compensation offered to the contractor(s) -I could go on for days
