Pros
Customer success staff are great to work with and the senior developers are extremely knowledgeable. They have skills which are better suited to a higher growth company.
Cons
Many staff members have been at the company for a long, long time and made their home there. However the turnover seems very high. Management doesn’t listen to developers, collaboration is sparse, and some senior managers have no idea how to manage people.
