It's a paycheck for short term.
Cons
Poor management, backstabbing, poor morale. They are deceiving about their benefits and time off. It is not what they tell you up front. If you do not have any sick leave or run out sick leave they require you to make up the time instead of just not getting paid. And like another post here noted, an insane amount of firing and turnaround goes on there almost monthly. There is a great amount of backstabbing and when you approach them about the issues they do not listen or there is backlash from speaking up. I would not recommend this Company to anyone and would steer clear of them at all cost.
